It was better than I thought it was going to be. The charm is not cheap looking. It is a heavier material. You can read the words clearly. I'm still excited to have mine. Not too small either.

I thought the quality would be bad and it would fall off within a few days. I have had it for about a month, I use it all the time, I have gone into the pool and I bathe and exercise with it every day, it has not lost its color or shine, and the chain is of good quality, better than I expected.

I like that it doesn't feel like cheap costume jewelry, its a sturdy solid metal, not too heavy, but you feel it on your chest. I also like that the chain doesn't rip out the hair at the nape of my neck. It's a good size for me.
