Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We use USPS for most deliveries.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: A Gothic Universe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@agothicuniverse.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We'll review the issue and help determine the appropriate resolution. If a carrier claim is required, we'll let you know what information is needed.

International Shipping Policy: We currently are not shipping outside United States. *However, we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs fees, or taxes that may be incurred.
